SHOWCASE FORMAT: 3 game guarantee in showcase format in roundrobin play, with no advancement to trophy rounds.  16U thru 19U.  Limited Spots Available.  Mens and Womens Divisions capped at 32 teams.

TOURNAMENT FORMAT: 3-game guarantee with advancement to trophy rounds.  7U thru 15U.  *15U will play in "pre-showcase" format, playing some games on site at college showcase venue for exposure opportunities while playing a traditional "advancement" tournament. 

WHERE: Greater Tulsa Metro Area. 
Venues included:  Case Community RiverCity Parks (Sand Springs), Owasso Soccer Complex (Owasso), Bartlesville Soccer Complex (Bartlesville), West Bank Sports Complex (Tulsa). 
* Scheduler will work to adjust schedule for coaching conflicts and drive-times. 

WHAT:  Showcase event includes college coaches attending from JUCO, NAIA, NCAA schools regionally representing both Men's and Women's programs.   Tournament event includes 3-games towards a championship final to help teams prepare for upcoming Spring Season play. 

CRITERIA:  Open to any USSF Affiliate team (USYS, US Club, USSSA, etc).  

DEADLINE: December 28th, 2022.  Showcase Teams (16U-19U) must submit $100 good faith deposit by Dec 28th to be considered for Showcase acceptance. 

15U PRE-SHOWCASE:  15U Teams will have a "Showcase" experience while still including an "advancement" tournament format.  Effort will be made to schedule some games at the College Showcase venues.  If 15U teams wish to "play up" in the 16U event, the team should submit their application as a 16U team.  The tournament committee will review the team's application for the "play up" request. 

ACT of GOD POLICY:  Should the event be canceled by an Act of God, weather or otherwise, the event will refund at minimum 50% (possibly more pending cancelation expenses) of each team's entry fee.  Event will not be responsible for team expenses incurred.  Each team will be offered a voucher for 25% off the next year's event which must be used at the subsequent year's event.

U16-U19 Showcase: $895 ($100 Deposit required at registration, $200 due Dec 1, balance due Jan 3)

U15 PreShowcase: $700 ($100 Deposit required at registration, $150 due Dec 1, balance due Jan 3)
